Return Policy
As the designer and creator of all Susan Baker Jewelry I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason simply return it within 30 days and I will gladly exchange the product or refund the purchase price of the piece. Please email me with any questions or concerns you may have.
Shipping Policy
All items will be shipped within 3 days of your payment clearing. Shipping is done by USPS and all orders over $40 are insured. An email will be sent to you once items have been mailed.
Combining items:
Shipping of items can be combined. The first item is $2.75 for shipping and handling and each additional item is $.75. The difference will be refunded to you.
If you live near Mystic Connecticut and would like to save the shipping costs please contact me by email to make arrangements to pick up your order.
Terms & Conditions
Payment:
I accept payment through Paypal, Google Checkout, money order or cashier's check and will ship your purchase within 3 days of your payment clearing.
Sales Tax:
By law I must charge 6% sales tax on all orders placed in the state of Connecticut.
